Assistive Listening Devices

For registrants who are hard of hearing a limited number of assistive listening devices will be available. There will be no charge for the use of these devices, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Keep in mind however, that this technology involves the installation of "transmitters" in the sessions you wish to attend. Headphones that enable you to take advantage of these transmitters can be picked up at the AVMG Office at the San Diego Convention Center, or from the AVMG Offices at the other meeting properties.

In order to request an ALD we encourage you to submit your request in advance of the Annual Meeting. One-day advance notice is required on site in order to provide our technicians with sufficient time to install the devices. Arrangements can be made through the AVMG Audio Visual Office.
