APHA Membership

As a member of your Affiliate, you'll receive:

Member types

Three member types are available through the Joint Membership Pilot.

  • Regular membership: Open to health professionals, other career workers in the health field and any persons interested in public health.
  • Special Health Worker: Individuals whose annual salary is less than $45,000 USD or the equivalent for foreign nationals receive a discount on Regular Membership. Proof of status is required annually.
  • Student membership: Individual must be enrolled in a degree-seeking program. Qualifying student should be taking at least 6 credit hours (undergraduate degree) or 3 credit hours (graduate degree) per semester or comparable credits in a quarter system. Student membership is available for up to six years per degree. Proof of status is required annually.

California Public Health Association – North

Regular membership: $205 (save $30!)
Special Health Worker: $75 (save $25!)
Student membership: $50 (save $5!)

Kansas Public Health Association

Regular membership: $225 (save $30!)
Special Health Worker: $100 (save $35!)
Student membership: $65 (save $10!)

Massachusetts Public Health Association

Regular membership: $205 (save $25!)
Special Health Worker: $75 (save $20!)
Student membership: $65 (save $10!)

Ohio Public Health Association

Regular membership: $205 (save $25!)
Special Health Worker: $75 (save $15!)
