- Check or Money Order: All checks and money orders must be in US dollars and drawn from US banks.
- Credit Card: VISA, MC and American Express are accepted. Please include card number, expiration date and cardholder's signature.
- Purchase Order: Accepted with a minimum order of $50.00.

Discount Information
APHA Members receive the listed membership discount on all orders. An active membership status is required and a valid membership number must accompany all orders to receive a discount.
The following discount schedule is applicable only to APHA-published titles.
Bulk Purchases (Retail/Wholesale/Distributors)
Retailers and Wholesalers:
5-15 copies - 10%
16-49 copies - 20%
50 plus copies - 30%
US and International Distributors:
1-99 copies - 30%
100 plus copies - 40%
The following discount schedule applies to non-APHA titles.
Retailers and Wholesalers - 5+ copies 15%
APHA US and Int'l Distributors - 1+ copies 20%
APHA Return Policy
- International and US distributors must return merchandise within 9 months of
invoice date.
- Wholesalers and Retailers must return merchandise within 6 months of invoice date.
- Individual Purchasers must return merchandise within 30 days of invoice date.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Quantity discounts will be forfeited if the quantity returned places the original order in a lower discount category.
- Out-of-print publications are not accepted for return.
- Distributors, wholesalers, and retailers restricted to returns for credit against past or future invoices ONLY and only applied to items returned in saleable condition and in-print.
Damaged/Defective Returns
Please notify customer service within 30 days of receipt and specify replacement or credit with your returns. Be sure to include a packing slip and note the reason for the return. Claims made 30 days after invoice date will not be honored.

Examination Copies
Professors who are interested in examining APHA publications for possible use in courses should fax their request on school letterhead to (888) 361-APHA, email: apha@pbd.com. An invoice will accompany your examination copy. A minimum of 15 copies must be purchased from APHA or by a designated bookstore (documentation is required) within 60 days of invoice. Otherwise, the invoiced amount must be paid or the book must be returned in unmarked and saleable condition. Additional examination copies are only available, upon request, for each 15 copies that are ordered (documentation is required). An invoice must accompany all returns.
