Video and Audio Taping Policy

During the 137th APHA Annual Meeting, only officially contracted APHA vendors and working journalists with APHA-approved press credentials will be permitted to video and/or audio-tape general sessions, special sessions and scientific sessions (including oral, roundtable and posters). Individuals recording with personal video/audio equipment or other recording devices (i.e. cell phones, digital cameras or tape recorders) without prior permission from APHA or without proper credentials will be asked to cease recording immediately. Those found violating this request will be asked to leave the session. Working journalists wishing to obtain press credentials must register with the APHA Press Office located in the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
