Annual Meeting Press Office Information

The location of the APHA Press Office will be announced soon. Reporters should register in advance. Reporters must visit the APHA Press Office in New Orleans in order to pick up a press badge, Annual Meeting Final Program and press kit.


Complimentary coffee and tea will be provided each morning.

Sunday, Nov. 15, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Monday, Nov. 16, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Tuesday, Nov. 17, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 18, 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.


Press Work Room


APHA provides a work room for the exclusive use of reporters. The Press Work Room is open during Press Office hours. Phones with local access, computers with Internet access and a printer are provided. Wireless Internet access will be available at designated locations in the Convention Center.


The APHA Press Work Room may only be used by credentialed reporters who have registered and been approved to cover the meeting.




All research scheduled for presentation during the APHA Annual Meeting is embargoed until the day of presentation.
