Annual Meeting Press Office Information
The APHA Press Office is located in the Boston Convention Center, Room 102. Reporters can register in advance or on site in the Press Office. Reporters must visit the Press Office in order to pick up a press badge, Annual Meeting Final Program and press kit.
Complimentary continental breakfast will be provided at the start of each morning.

Sunday, Nov. 3, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Monday, Nov. 4, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 5, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 6, 8 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Press Work Room:
APHA provides a work room for the exclusive use of reporters. The Press Work Room is open during Press Office hours. Phones (long distance calls will require a credit card), PCs with Internet access and a printer are provided. Wireless Internet access will be available at designated locations in the Convention Center.
APHA Press Work Room may only be used by credentialed reporters who have registered to cover the meeting.
There may be briefings scheduled for reporters during the meeting. A final schedule will be available on site in the Press Office. Attendance at press briefings is limited to registered journalists.
All research scheduled for presentation during the APHA Annual Meeting is embargoed until the day of presentation.
