Betty B. Daniels is retired faculty from the College of Nursing at Georgia Health Sciences University. She has been involved in public health nursing practice and teaching for more than 30 years and has worked closely with practicing public health nurses (PHN) in the state of Georgia and nationally through the PHN organizations that comprise the Quad Council (PHN Section of APHA, ATSDN, ACHNE, Community Health Council of ANA). Dr. Daniels holds a master's degree in Family and Community Health Nursing and a PhD in Post-Secondary and Adult Education with a research focus in self-directed and online learning.
