Personal Statement about APHA-SA:
During my Masters, I decide to get involve with APHA to learn about public health at the National level. This led to me to get involved with Injury Prevention section of APHA, Epidemiology section as well as Student Assembly. In 2011, I had 4 scientific presentations in APHA and received the Outstanding student award of the year by the Committee of Affiliates. I have an interest to involve more students with APHA, work for the benefit of all students and address their concerns for AJPH.
