NOTE: Membership must be valid through 6/30/12 to register at the member rate. 

APHA Membership - Join or renew your membership at the same time that you register for the Midyear Meeting. Learn about membership categories, benefits and dues.

Partner Registration - APHA has partnered with outside health organizations to develop content for the 2012 Midyear Meeting. Members of partner organizations receive discounted registration. A list of all partners will be available soon

Partner discount code will be distributed by partner organizations in Mid-February. If you are a member of a partner organization and do not know the partner discount code, please contact the membership department of that organization.

A note about Scholarships - APHA does not offer scholarships or additional discounts off the registration fees listed above.

Cancellation and Transfer Policy - Notice of registration cancellation must be received in writing by APHA/J. Spargo & Associates no later than June 8, 2012. No refunds will be processed after that date.
